Parent support roles within our team structure is the key to a winning season. Without that assistance, coaches take on undue burdens and often become overwhelmed. Tackle football is a sport that has 11 players working together and your team coaches are trying to instruct all 14 to 22 players on how to best influence the outcome of the game. For the parents who pick up the little things around the team, success is just around the corner.

Team needs:

• Social Director(Team Parent)
  • Works with all the parents and coaches on snacks, water, parties, ride sharing, film sessions, and any other logistical team needs.
• Equipment assistance
  • Coaches need help, carry bags, hold tackle dummies,setup cones for drills or a variety of other simple things necessary for games or practices. 
• Field assistance
  • Mowing or striping practice fields, setting up the playing field with yard markers and bumpers or taking it down, Set up is about 30 minutes, break down another 30 at the start and end of day. 
• Snack and water help
  • Snacks provided to the the team after the game or orange slices at halftime. Water bottles for the team is a must. Many coaches have these bottles but filling, bringing distributing, and refilling them is a task. Everyone should have extra water and Ice on hand at every game. 
• Transportation director
  • Assisting with setting up ride sharing for practices or scrimmages helping to ensure players are able to get to the game on time via ride share. Recommending the best traffic route or avoidance of traffic backups. 
• Videographer
  • Filming Scrimmages and games or sometimes practices so coaches can review and know what things need attention.during practice.  

League needs:

• Field assistance

• Fundraising
  • League wide assistance with raising funds to fuel our club.

• Volunteer coordinator
  • Assist with scheduling persons to help with events
  • Recruit volunteers for teams and club help
  • Find areas of need for our club to engage volunteers
