Tune Up Tuesdays, formerly Workout Wed, are a FREE event we hold during the Summer to get prospective players together with friends, teammates or classmates for fitness, games, and work in some fundamental football skills. This is also a good opportunity for players to meet our coaches and for parents to ask questions regarding the upcoming season. Come out athletes for some fun and games, bring a friend!!
